Our Warranty

Limited Lifetime Warranty — LumiCore™

SOLAYA LLC provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty on the LumiCore™ UV/LED lamp against defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use, for as long as the original purchaser owns the product. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to products purchased through mysolaya.us or authorized US retailers.

What the Warranty Covers

We will repair or replace, at our discretion and at no charge to you, any LumiCore™ that fails due to:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Electronic or mechanical failure under normal household use
  • LED diode malfunction not caused by misuse
  • Battery defect (excluding normal capacity decline over time, which is not a defect)

What's Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Drops, impact, water exposure, or other physical damage
  • Misuse, abuse, or use contrary to the product instructions
  • Modifications, repairs, or service performed by unauthorized parties
  • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic scratches and gradual battery capacity decline

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Please include in your email:

  • Your order number and date of purchase
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos or video of the defect, if visible

Our Commitment

We aim to acknowledge warranty claims within 2 business days. Once a defect is confirmed, we provide a replacement, repair, or full refund — at our discretion — at no cost to you, including return shipping. The Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act (15 U.S.C. § 2301 et seq.) applies to this warranty.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
