Welcome to SOLAYA. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of mysolaya.us, operated by SOLAYA LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Products
All products are described as accurately as possible. Visuals are for reference only and may show slight variations. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse orders.
Pricing
Prices are displayed in US dollars ($) and exclude applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination. The total price is clearly shown before order confirmation.
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Orders & Acceptance
Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed. A confirmation email will be sent to the address you provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (including for suspected fraud, payment failure, or product unavailability).
All orders are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after your order, we will notify you and refund the corresponding amount.
Payment
Payment is required at the time of order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed by Shopify Payments, certified PCI DSS Level 1. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Shipping
We currently ship to all 50 US states. Standard shipping is free, with no minimum order. Estimated delivery is 1 to 2 business days from the date your order ships. Detailed shipping information is available on our Shipping & Returns page.

Returns & Refunds
You may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original condition with all accessories included.

We will provide a prepaid return shipping label. There are no restocking fees. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned product. Defective products are replaced or refunded at no cost — see our Warranty page for details.
Warranty
LumiCore™ is covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. Full warranty terms, including coverage and exclusions, are detailed on our Warranty page.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. The Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act (15 U.S.C. § 2301 et seq.) applies.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Intellectual Property
All content on mysolaya.us — text, images, logos, and the SOLAYA, LumiCore™, SmartHeat™, and SmartSense 360° marks — is owned by SOLAYA LLC or its licensors and protected by US and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, in English, seated in Wilmington, Delaware (or remotely, at your option). YOU AND SOLAYA WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL OR CLASS ACTION. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to hello@mysolaya.com within 30 days of your first purchase, including your name, order number, and a clear statement that you decline arbitration. Small-claims court actions remain available regardless of this clause.
