Orders placed before 6 PM ET on a business day are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 6 PM ET, or on weekends and US federal holidays, ship the next business day. Carriers used: USPS, UPS, or FedEx (depending on destination).
Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Estimated transit times are 1 to 2 business days for standard shipping (1 to 3 business days for express). Times may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.
Returns — 30 days
You have 30 days from delivery to return your order, no questions asked. Free return shipping. No restocking fees.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, your returned product must be:
- In its original condition (no signs of misuse or damage)
- Complete (all accessories, cables, and packaging included)
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
How to Return

We will email you a prepaid return shipping label within 1 business day. Drop the package at any USPS, UPS, or FedEx location (per the carrier on the label). Return shipping is fully covered — no out-of-pocket cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. We do not charge restocking fees. Defective products are replaced or refunded at no cost — see our Warranty page for details.
